This process — known as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may require you to provide copies of government-issued identity documents such as a passport or driver's licence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with anyone or allow others to access your account. Bonus funds and bonus bets are non-withdrawable and are subject to individual promotion terms. Only real-money funds (excluding bonus balances) may be withdrawn.
All bets are subject to acceptance by Diamondbet at our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet without providing a reason. Odds displayed on our platform are correct at the time of display but may change prior to bet confirmation. Your bet is not confirmed until you receive a booking reference number.
Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable rules for each sport or market, as detailed in our Wagering Rules (available on our website). In the event of a dispute over settlement, Diamondbet's decision is final, subject to any relevant regulatory review process. We reserve the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, feed failures, or events where the integrity of the competition is compromised.

General promotional terms include: promotions are available to Australian residents only; bonus bets are non-withdrawable; bonus bets must be used within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise stated; winnings from bonus bets are credited as real money; promotional misuse (including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion) will result in forfeiture of winnings and account closure.
